Information on this site
We work to keep everything here accurate, including specifications and warranty summaries. Specifications come from manufacturer documentation and can change without us knowing immediately. Where a summary on this site differs from the written warranty supplied with your system, the written warranty is the document that counts.
Quotes and pricing
Any price shown on this site is indicative. A binding price comes from a written quote for your specific home, given after we have tested your water and seen where the equipment has to go. Promotional pricing is subject to whatever terms are stated at the time it is offered.
Free installation and warranty
Free installation covers a standard installation by our own crew. Work beyond that, such as plumbing alterations, new drain runs, electrical work or bringing existing plumbing up to code, is quoted separately and you will see it in writing before we start.
Warranty coverage, including anything described as lifetime, is set out in the written warranty supplied with your system. Lifetime coverage refers to the service life of the system in its original installation under normal residential use, and depends on the system being maintained as that document describes.
The water quality lookup
The ZIP lookup hands you off to the EWG Tap Water Database, a third-party resource we do not control or maintain. ZIP boundaries and utility service areas do not line up neatly, so confirm your actual provider on your water bill. It is general information about a public supply. It tells you nothing about your own plumbing, a private well, or what is coming out of your tap today. For that you need a test, which is what we do for free.

Intellectual property
The Blue Giant Water Co name, logo, wording and design of this site belong to us. Some photography on this site is used with permission from its owner and remains theirs. Please do not reproduce any of it commercially without asking.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the written quote and warranty for work we carry out.
